We store your child's birthday on the subscription. Every time we pack, we check their age and pack the matching level. Nothing for you to do. You can override the level in your account if they're ahead or behind.
Everything in the 1–3 range is chunky-piece, water-based finish, no small parts. Metal puzzles and build kits are 8+ or 12+ and say so on the page.
