Orders ship from Canada within 1–2 business days with tracking. Canada: CA$4.99, free over CA$75, 3–6 business days. USA: CA$8.99, 5–10 business days. Custom photo jigsaws take an extra 7–10 days. Tees are printed to order and ship in 3–5 business days. Subscription boxes ship on the 5th of each month.
30-day returns on unused items for a full refund of the item price. Email hello@puzzlelodge.com with your order number. Faulty or damaged items are replaced free, no return required, just send a photo. Personalized items and printed tees can't be returned unless faulty.
Pause, skip or cancel any time before the 1st of the month for that month's box. No minimum term.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We store what's needed to ship your order and, for subscriptions, the child's first name and birthday so we can match the box.
